Vinification: mechanical harvest, selected grapes by hand, crushing, light pressing, long fermentation (30 days)

Maturation: in new oak cask during 18 months

Tasting: Hints of blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, flowers, spicy, capsicum and vanilla.

Awards: Gold Medal National Contest of Independant Winemakers 2001, France.
Gold Medal Worldwine Contest Brussels 2001, Belgium.
