Colour : bright pale yellow

Nose : aromas of acacia, fresh flowers and roasted almonds

Palate : soft and fresh attack, aromas of white peaches, very fruity wine

Grapes : Marsanne

Soil : limestone in the district of Mercurol

Vinification : grapes are pressed when they arrive at the winery. After pressing the must is cold settled for 48 hours. Temperature controlled fermentation at 18oC

Maturing : around 10 months on fine lees.
