Golden amber in colour, the nose has sweet notes with a cinnamon Grid clove spiciness, there is also a subtle hint of fruit - apples. On the palate the fruitiness continues with a touch of sherry wood and a smoky edge.

Selected from refill American oak casks, the 25YO bottling is lighter in colour but displays a fresh, citrus fruit character with spice and cedar wood elements.
