Pale golden-green color with considerable intensity on the nose. Chateau St Louis la Perdrix Blanc Blanc has an exceptional range of floral, exotic and citrus grapefruit aromas, hawthorn and tree blossom.

These notes are enhanced and strengthened by the mineral note. Aging on the lees contributes to a rounder mouth-feel adding depth and complexity to a fresh, lively wine. The palate reflects similar characteristics with pear and nuts joining the well integrated structure.
