Located on the hillsides of the village of Aÿ, Champagne Lallier has some 10 hectares of Grand Cru" Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The modern winery (in the heart of Aÿ) features a labyrinth of the oldest cellars in the area where the Champagne stock slowly matures under the experienced eye of their cellarmaster.

Champagne Lallier is owned and managed by Francis Tribaut born to, and practised in the art of creating truly noble champagne.

Champagne Lallier Reserve is left for 36 to 48 months on the lees in chalk cellars and disgorged 3 to 5 months before shipment.

This fine Champagne shows maturity and persistence, is delicately fruity and elgant. A hint of apricot is followed by buttered brioche. A marvellous balance between the low dosage and the full bodiness of this Champagne. The perfect blend for lovers of great Champagne.

100% Pinot Noir grapes from 1er Cru vineyards go into crafting the Lallier Rose Champagne.

Lallier Rose is aged between 36 to 48 months in the bottle on its lees in traditional chalk cellars deep in the Champagne hills. The Rose is then disgorged 5 months before shipping to retain a deep and complex aroma.

Lallier Rose is an elegant and charming pink Champagne. Red fruit flavours with a touch of wild strawberries prevail. Amber - Orange in colour and its delicate fruitiness make this a lighter style to be enjoyed chilled.

This Rose will age well when stored carefully in the dark (due to its clear bottles).... at 1 year old it is perfect as an aperitif and beyond this time serve with a meal or preferably with dessert for a truly luxurious experience.
