This stunning vintage champagne is a blend of the best cuvées of pinot noir and chardonnay from a specific vintage year. As they are sold 5 or 6 years after the harvest, the Millésimes are complex, subtle and of a great aromatic persistence, tasting of brioche and ripe white grapes.

Appearance: Pale gold colour.

Nose: Powerful and expressive, with notes of smoke on the palate, followed by notes of fruit conserves and dried herbs.

Palate: Strong and incisive. On the palate one detects hints of cooked fruits and toast. The finishe has a lovely lingering hint of spices.

Ideal for: Wine with meal, white meat.
