The BlendThe three grape varieties are selected for the Brut blend in proportions which depending on the climate variations, may vary with the year:
Pinot Noir (35-40%) for its strength and character
Pinot Meunier (35- 40%) for its fruit and subtlety
Chardonnay (22-25%) for its finesse and elegance.
Reserve wines, stored separately by cru, account for 25% to 30% of the blend
Tasting NoteAppearance: straw yellow colour, fine mousse.
Nose: intense fresh fruit aromas, characteristic of Pinot grapes.
Palate: fruity characteristics, mingled with the fragrance of fresh brioche, both signs of maturity.
This Champagne is delightful to drink at any time of the day and is particularly good as an apéritif. It is a fine accompaniment for white meat
RecommendationsThis Champagne is ready to drink. However, it will lose none of its qualities if put down for several years in a good cellar at a maximum temperature of 15° C. Champagne should be drunk at a temperature of 6° to 9° C. The bottle will be perfectly cool after twenty minutes in a champagne bucket filled with ice and water.
