The nose is crafted from the very minerals found in the vineyard soils - marly blue clay. The aroma of Bersan Chablis les Ouches tends towards spiced and roasted notes. Beautiful tonic flint with a light buttery finish (without excess) provides a long, complex and premium example of Chablis from the Chardonnay grapes.

Located halfway between Paris and Dijon, the Chablis district is the most Northerly lying of Burgundy's appellations.
