Wine tasting notes:
Cherry colour with violaceous tones. Intense aroma of ripe fruits, blackberries and liquorice. Smooth, well structured, fleshy, full in the mouth. Long aftertaste of ripe grape. Ideal with Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 12-15ºC.

Grape varieties:
60% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha

Wine making process:
After stemming and crushing, the grape macerates for six days and ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with pumping every day. After de-vatting and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked and put through clarification and stabilisation treatments. The wine will be filtered prior to bottling.
