Wine tasting notes:
Attractive pink colour. Typical aroma of the Garnacha grape, fruity and floral. Tasty in the mouth, full-bodied and balanced. Ideal to accompany hors d'oeuvres, fish and pulses. Serve at 10-12ºC.

Grape varieties:
100% Garnacha

Wine making process:
After crushing, the Garnacha grapes macerate for a few hours with the skins in order to extract aromas and colour. The coloured must is then de-vatted to a stainless steel tank, where it will ferment at 20ºC. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked several times and put through clarification and stabilisation processes, and is then filtered prior to bottling.
