A white wine of great character and charm, the Viognier of Camplazens comes from mature vines with an extremely low yield of 30hl/ha. The grapes are hand picked, and fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels in which the wine is then aged for 6 months. This wine made from 100% Viognier has characteristic fully rounded flavours of apricots and violets with great
minerality.
