Arrogant Frog Lily Pad Pink is a dry sparkling Rosé sourced from a variety of France’s best vine growing regions. Winemaker Jean-Claude Mas (aka the humble vintner) put all his savoir-faire and experience in producing the finest bubbles and the most appealing colour to please your palate. Though typically French, Arrogant Frog leaps out of the glass with New World panache and élan and an equal measure of gallic charm and je ne sais quoi.

Grape Variety : Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault
Alcohol : 12%alc

This sparkling was elaborated following the Charmat method. The second fermentation was made in the vats (one month in the vat, on its lees). When the blending of the different varieties is made (process called Cuvée), the liqueur d’expédition is then added. The fermentation in closed vat lasts for 4 weeks; this is the time where the bubbles come into being. The result is a natural sparkling wine, with a delicate and persistent mousse.

The wine shows a salmon-pink colour, and fine bubbles. On the nose, small red berries flavours are very present (gooseberry, raspberry). In the mouth, it is soft and fruity. To be served at cold temperature (6 to 8°C). This sparkling wine goes well with all type of food and can be your companion of your complete meal. But it will be much enjoyed on its own for aperitif. Its aromas will get more intense if you serve it with a dessert made out of red berries.
