The different varieties are fermented separately. They are blended in September of that same year. 25% of the total wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 4 months. The wine is protein stabilized with bentonite. Then it is stabilized with tartaric at -1ºC. Prior to bottling, the wine is carefully filtered.

A delicate blend of Riesling, Viognier and Chardonnay. It combines the mineral notes of Riesling with the apricot and floral notes of Viognier, and the tropical aromas of Chardonnay. Delightfully fresh and well balanced with a long finish. Delicious with poultry, seafood, and salmon.
