Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the San Antonio Valley in Chile.

Maceratoin takes place before pressing for 9 to 10 hours with the must being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Anakena INDO Sauvignon is not aged in oak barrels.

This is an elegant and expressive Sauvignon Blanc with intense citrus and tropical notes. The palate is fresh and crisp. A powerful wine with a clear terroir expression from Anakena's vineyards in Leyda, Chile.

Ideal with oysters, salads, grilled sea bass and goats cheese.
