The must is fermented at 26-28C°. Total maceration is between 20 to 30 days. Both varieties are fermented separately and then blended together in February of the following year. 50% of this wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.

A well integrated Merlot, which gives black fruit and smooth tannins, with 15 % of Syrah, that adds body and complexity, with gooseberry and spice aromas. Perfect to match with fresh pastas, risotto, roast-beef, camembert and gruyere.
