The must is fermented at 26-28C°. Total maceration is between 20 to 30 days. Both varieties are fermented separately and then blended together in February of the following year. 50% of this wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.

A complex powerful wine with excellent integration between fruit and oak. A perfect complement of Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives structure and cassis notes, and 15% Syrah that adds notes of spices and juicy tannins. Ideal as an accompaniment for lamb, grilled steak, game and cheese fondue.
