Maceration takes place before pressing. The must is fermented between 13-15° C in stainless steel tanks.
There is no malolactic fermentation, and the wine is not aged in oak barrels.

An expressive Chardonnay bursting with mango, melon and pear aromas. On the palate it is smooth with a pleasant finish.

Delicious at 11 – 13 ªC as an aperitif, with seafood, chicken salad and white fish.
