A long maceration takes place for 12 hours before pressing. The must is fermented between 13-15° C in stainless steel tanks. There is no malolactic fermentation. Not aged in oak barrels.

A very aromatic and complex Sauvignon Blanc. This rich wine shows herbal, blackcurrant bud, mango and lime aromas. On the palate it is fresh and crisp, with mineral notes and a long finish.
