The must is fermented between 26-28°C. The maceration process takes place between 1 and 8 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows. Not aged in oak barrels.

A fresh Cabernet Sauvignon with plums, black cherry and spice aromas. Smooth on the palate with rounded tannins, this deep purple wine is well balanced and has a lasting finish. Delicious with red meats, cold cuts and cheeses.

Recommended serving temperature is 18–20ºC.
