Colour : Golden and luminous colour.

Nose : Complex and exuberant nose, grapefruit and apple, linden and hawthorn floral, an empyrean touch of grilled hazelnut, candied peel, fresh almond. Finely structured finish, full and crisp, provided with freshness and a tight-webbed and fine matter in which aromas of the nose can be found up to the persistent finale on linden and fresh almond.

Palate : intense notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit and lemon) , very fruity and typically Loire.

erve with : sole meunière, trout with cream, lemon chicken, white sausage with apples, tajine with white meat and plums, Chaource, pelardon, young picodon, baked potatoes, quince tart.
