This Merlot is bursting with rich, concentrated and ripe fruit character. Thanks to its smooth texture and good balance, this young wine should be enjoyed now or cellared for 2-3 years.

This Sauvignon features passionfruit and mango aromas combine with grapefruit, lime and mineral notes on the palate. Made from free-run juice with minimal handling this wine has a fine zesty character, and a refreshing palate.

The wine was left on the lees in new and two year old French hogsheads producing a complex, new style food-friendly wine which displays vanilla and hazelnut aromas. The Chardonnay can be enjoyed immediately but will mature for a further 5 years.
